Mitch embraced the opportunity to sell our home virtually, listing our home on a number of websites as his office has the latest technology to broadcast listings. Of several interested buyers, one from out of state actually made an offer on the home after a Zoom video walkthrough that Mitch set up and we conducted. Unfortunately, an over zealous home inspector scared off the buyers. Mitch assured us that our home would sell and the day the stay at home order was lifted, we had interested buyers walk through our home. Two days later we had an offer.
